Back 2 Basics!

Christmas festivities & holidays are over! Some of us may have contemplated on starting gym, exercise or healthy eating as part of the new year's resolution! Don't! You will surely fail. 

Take exercise & good food as part of your new lifestyle. Eventually your body will start getting used to this routine & you will start liking it! And... you're just in time to start working for Summer! ;)

I don't urge you to follow any diets if you don't need them! Just make sure to eat healthy and include something from every category in your daily intake; Proteins (fish, poultry, beans & nuts) Dairy products, Carbohydrates (pasta, potatoes) - Fruits & Veg, Whole grains and loads of water!!



The pressures of work or school can also mean there's little time left to fit in exercise. It's tough to get started! If you can squeeze in a Zumba or Pilates class that would be fantastic! The classes are fun & moving. Perfect for us girls! ;) But if you're not that flexible in time DON'T WORRY! Exercise doesn't have to take very long – just half an hour a day! Why not go jogging, fast walking or cycling? It's very important especially if you have a sedentary job!!
